Redditor S4mbert shared a very unfortunate clip from Red Dead Redemption 2, where they had hogtied an NPC and taken them out of town to be executed. Despite being at point-blank range, the player missed their first two shots. The first one was not a threat, but the second one, strangely enough, hit a shotgun on the ground which then fired, killing a horse in front of it. The clip ended with the player staring at the horse’s body, then finally concluding the execution of the NPC. This sequence of events is something that could not occur in any other game.

Fans do desire the sequel, yet can bear with the wait, due to the immense amount of content that remains unexplored. Had Red Dead Redemption 2 been a major letdown, then the developer would not have been given the same grace period with the need to repair any issues from the preceding game.
