It is known that some aspects of the story for the Resident Evil 4 remake have been altered; one such example is that the dog Leon could save in the original is not alive in the remake. Similarly, the first infected villager Leon comes across at the start is also depicted differently. What other changes have been made is unknown at this time, so it remains to be seen how many of the variations will be revealed before the game’s launch.
