Even though the gameplay shown for Resident Evil 4 gives a faithful but fresh perspective on the original game, the news that some content is being hidden behind paid DLC might dampen the enthusiasm of some fans.

With previously scrapped enemies from the original game being added, Leon will have a greater variety of adversaries to confront. Even though some players may be excluded from the standard version of the game, it should not significantly affect their experience as the author assumes that the economy will be just as lenient as the original.
