Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: New Tera Raid Battle Revealed for April 2021

At the end of April, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will be holding an extra seven-star Tera Raid for trainers. This will be the eighth raid to take place in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, each of which has previously included one of the starter Pokemon as the raid boss.

The seven-star Tera raid battles in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have recently concluded with Typhlosion the Unrivaled, which brought a close to the trilogy of starter evolutions featured in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. This was preceded by Samurott and Decidueye, each with a Tera type that was more powerful than the secondary types of the Hisuian variants, such as Ghost-type and Bug-type. However, the forthcoming seven-star Tera raid boss in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will present trainers with a new Tera type to contend with.

A Pokemon Fan has come up with a Paradox Form for Skarmory, as they have imagined what the Pokémon would look like when presented with such a form.

This Friday, April 28th, Serebii.net reports that the eighth Pokemon Scarlet and Violet seven-star Tera Raid battle will feature Inteleon the Unrivaled, a Water-type starter Pokemon first seen in Pokemon Sword and Shield, as its opponent. Inteleon, known as the Secret Agent Pokemon, is known for its high speed and special attack, making it a potent sweeper. This battle will last until Sunday, April 30th at 11:59 PM UTC, and trainers will have another chance to battle and capture Inteleon the following weekend, from May 5th to May 7th. Inteleon is joining Cinderace the Unrivaled as the second starter from the Galar region to be featured as a seven-star Tera raid boss.

Inteleon has been granted its Hidden Ability of Sniper, which amplifies critical hit damage by 50%. Its move set is still unknown, but it will most likely include Snipe Shot, Ice Beam, and Hydro Cannon to take advantage of its special attack stat. For type coverage, Inteleon can also use Rain Dance, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, and Air Cutter. However, it is vulnerable to Fire, Fighting, and Rock-type moves, so Pokemon such as Iron Hands, Samurott, and Quaquaval may be useful against it, depending on the moves it chooses to employ.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players will be able to participate in a new challenge starting in May. For two weeks, the five-star Tera raid dens will feature the return of Walking Wake and Iron Leaves. As a result, trainers in the Paldea region will have to brace themselves for a series of tough battles, in addition to the already existing battle against Inteleon the Unrivaled.

Nintendo Switch players can now get their hands on Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
