Players Able to Utilize Glitch in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 to Teleport Across Map
An Call of Duty: Warzone 2 participant recorded a video of a bug which allowed them to jump around the map, however, it unexpectedly worked against them. As Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is a relatively new game, several players have reported issues to Activision Blizzard and some have already been fixed with patches while others, such as this one, may be addressed in the future.
A Reddit user stumbled upon a glitch when dolphin diving in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 whereby they were suddenly teleported after jumping through a building window. This maneuver was initially included in Modern Warfare 2 and has been part of the Call of Duty franchise ever since, appearing in Call of Duty: World War 2 and the Black Ops series. Despite this, it seems that the Call of Duty: Warzone 2 version has some issues of its own, with some issues related to the dive being reported across different games.
Recently, a Reddit user known as LilUziSeph uploaded a short video clip of themselves playing Call of Duty, sprinting and diving across an open area of the Al Mazrah Warzone 2 map. After reaching the hill, they all parachuted towards a blue building on the outskirts of Sarrif Bay. The user then ran toward the building and did a dolphin dive, but they were unexpectedly spawned west of their comrades in the Al Mazrah desert.
A graphic depicting the result of a survey is presented. It shows that most people have the opinion that online classes are easier than in-person classes. The majority of the people polled indicated that they believe online classes to be more convenient than traditional classes.
Pulling out their map to show how Call of Duty: Warzone 2 had transported them, LilUziSeph displays their character as a red arrow placed at Al Samman Cemetery, which was quite a few minutes away from Sarrif Bay. Since LilUziSeph’s squad was in the middle of chasing a bounty target to gain some Call of Duty: Warzone 2 money, they may have been at a disadvantage as they got close to the green zone of the map with one squad member missing. LilUziSeph’s video finishes before the Call of Duty: Warzone 2 player could catch up with their group, leaving it unclear whether or not they reconnected or if the solitary one was defeated on the way to the other three.
The dolphin dive maneuver in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is commonly employed to secure cover; however, it appears that Activision Blizzard didn’t mean for every window to be broken in the same way LilUziSeph did in the video they posted. Amassing over 2,000 upvotes on Reddit, Activision Blizzard may have been made aware of the issue and may be attempting to address and rectify the Warzone 2 bug and similar ones, as they have with several others.
Call of Duty: Warzone 2 can be acquired now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and the Xbox Series X/S.
